As with all our employees, we’re looking for someone who fits. Someone who already lives by our values without even knowing it; which means you’ll be enthusiastic, open and honest. You’ll also be proactive, committed and safe. And you’ll absolutely need to be a team player, customer-focused and professional to succeed here.
But there are also some boxes you’ll need to tick if you’re going to have the resilience to make it through the course. You’ll need to be at least 18 years of age, with four passes at GCSE grade C or above, including mathematics and English language, and one of the following: 1 GCE A level pass; BTEC National Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management (or similar); Vocational qualifications (GNVQ/NVQ at level 2); related modern apprenticeship or two years’ relevant industrial experience.
