We want to help you be the best you can be. Your graduate development programme is tailored towards you and to make sure it stays that way throughout, we keep in touch so that you’re always on track. Informal 1-2-1’s, formal half year and annual planning discussions with your line manager form part of this process, as do six-monthly meetings with a member of the Learning and Development team, with your local HR manager.

One of the key aspects of these meetings is to identify current and ongoing areas for development. Your graduate development programme will contain a specific programme of technical, commercial and business skills training courses – again, all structured to your needs. You’ll be given this programme yearly and it is accredited by the major institutions (where relevant).
